  We had a nice stay at the house. It was just what we needed for a quiet, relaxing break. We read earlier reviews and knew to bring everything. We brought all bed linens and pillows (they provide comforter and pillows, but we opted for our own). Don't forget all your toiletries including soap. Also we brought all the pots and pans and utensils we would need. The house had them - but they were basic and we wanted to ensure we had them. We also brought extra paper towels and all necessary spices. Don't forget kitchen cleaning supplies (sponges/soap) and kitchen towels.
  
  There was a gas grill and a charcoal grill and the laundry facilities worked just fine.
  
  There are only 4 total rolls of toilet paper - so plan to bring more (we had just enough for 2 people for 9 days).
  
  The furniture is what you would expect from a rental and not very comfortable.

  Six of us stayed in this house. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. The house was beautiful, cozy and a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of hiking. The deck has a beautiful view of the lake. We had an awsome stay in this house. We would love to come back again.

  We loved the location of this property. There were a few drawbacks, however. The kitchen was chaotic, and poorly organized. Not enough equipment to prepare large full meals which fortunately we were not going to do anyway. The living room furniture was
  extremely shabby-ripped in places, the couches sagging, and very uncomfortable. There were holes in the carpet in some places. The linen package left a lot to be desired. Bring your own if you can. Having said all that, I loved being close to Dunn beach and
  it comfortably fit our family of five adults. We are renting it again next year even with the drawbacks I listed.

  We loved location and the house very much, especially the decks and leaving and dining areas. Bathrooms were very clean and nice. There are things though that really need some improvements: 1. Furniture in the leaving room is very old with the big holes
  in couches. 2. Refrigerator is very old too with some door parts falling on the floor (we had to fix it every time tried to use). 3. The most disappointing thing was not enough propane for the gas BBQ (were able to use it only once to make 6 hamburgers). I
  know though that we could contact the agency to refill the propane tank, just did not want to disturb people. 4. Looks like there is no air condition upstairs, but the fan provided helped to cool down the loft area. Despite of all things that need improvement
  we had had a very good time, the agents were extremely professional, nice and helpful and we definitely planning to be back next year and would recommend property to the friend. Thanks very much! Irina Kovlerova.

  The location of this property is phenomenal. The Dunn Ct. beach is seldom used and on Sunday there was only one other family. The lake and beaches are very clean. The property was in good condition, except the couches and appliances are old. The microwave
  wasn't working and the property managers replaced it right away. They were very responsive and helpful. There was no washing machine for our use, so it would not be good to stay here longer than a weekend. The layout is great because even with 6 people in
  the house, it still felt roomy. It was nice to have the wireless internet to use for our laptop and ipad.

  We have rented this house many times, because we love the location, but the furniture is very uncomfortable especially the main bed. Many nights of no sleep and even trying to sleep on the horrible couch didn't work. We even tried turning the matteress over.The bathrooms have been remolded and are both very nice and functional, but the beds and furniture need to go, even a yard sale couch and loveseat would be an improvement. We go on vacation for rest and relaxation, rest was not to be. Not only is the mattress broken down but sinks in the middle it's like trying to sleep on a hill. You wake up with terrible back pain.   My family went up for 3 nights and we had a great time. At first I was a little taken aback by how filthy the couches and rug were (I wouldn't sit on it until we laid sheets on it) but the overall layout was great. Beautiful view of the lake and loved how close we were to the beach.
  Pros- Staff VERY helpful, pretty inexpensive, you have everything you need, Bathrooms newly remodeled
  Cons- No AC upstairs and VERY HOT (feels like 15 degrees hotter), pretty dirty living room furniture

  the trash can lids are destroyed and laying on the ground, so we did not deposit our trash there. We ended up taking it home so that the critters wouldn't get it. I do think you need to replace the trash cans.

  Conveniently located near Dunn Court Beach, this was a very reasonably priced house with all the amenities. It has two decks, both with great views of the lake. While it has no direct lake access, Dunn Court Beach is just a short walk away.

  We had a wonderful time. The cabin was warm and cozy. We found everything we needed. Everything works. It was clean. The kids love the place. We highly recommende it and we like to come back soon.

  It was a perfect house for the 5 people that stayed there. Location was perfect - being right on the lake. The young adults enjoyed the TV and Fooseball and games that were in the closet. It would be a great place to come back to this summer. Only regret is that there was only time for one night rental. Thank you so much!

  Great proximity to the lake... The lake can actually be seen from the back porch, although there is no direct access to the lake from the cabin. The ad says a private dock is available but we were asked to leave the closest dock by an angry resident who said it was private. It didn't really matter because the Dunn Court swimming area was only a minute walk away. The Cabin had everything including a washer, dryer and internet access.
  My only complaint with the cabin is the upstairs is too hot and not air conditioned. The home is older, but well maintained. As for the service...Calls were answered promptly and information provided in a timely manner. The only glitches were: 1) Charging us for another tenant's stay (Tenant had the same first name, but different last name) and agreeing to letting us extend our stay for another night, then forgetting and renting the cabin out to another party. Both errors were rectified in a timely manner. We are planning to stay in the same cabin next summer in availale.

  TV cable not working. 1 TV in living room not working. Kitchen rug filthy,
  Geese on Dunn Beach took over the beach area & left feces everywhere. Carol & Bob from Custom Rentals went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to them. We did enjoy our stay & will be back,
