  I thought I already did thids review. The criticism is that the deck was messy, needed sweeping and the chairs put pack in place. That would make it look more inviting as it's a great deck/

  House was adorable! There was a spider issue but management said they will take care of it. Overall a great little house.

    We had a pest control company come out and spray for spiders. Spider issue taken care of. Any time you rent from Pine Mountain Custom Rentals call us regarding the home you are staying in and we will take care of any issues you may have. We want you vacation to be special. George and Carol

  Cabin was clean and in good shape. Everything seemed to be in good working order. Property management folks (Carol)was very friendly. The only problem I had was that when you walk up the five stairs near the front door, the rain pours off the roof right at that point and you get soaking wet trying to open the front door. When it gets below freezing at night, the stairs get iced over and I nearly broke my neck and a hip when my legs flew out from underneath me the second I stepped on the first stair tread in the morning. One other issue which I guess is normal for renting cabins is that a 2 night stay at $75.00 per night ended up costing more than double ($335.00 total) after adding in all the fees, etc. Shocking when you're used to staying in hotels. So $75 per night ends up costing $167.50 per night for a 2 night stay. Outrageous? I think so. All in all, nice cabin, nice area, nice management.

  Goose Dropings which were not cleaned anytime during our stay. Also the demolition of the restroom was disturbing as they were pounding from 8am to 4pm daily.

  We rented this house for a weekend with 2 of my children and their spouses. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. There is quite a large video library. We all watched "Casablanca" on Saturday night. The kitchen table only seats 4 people, but we found the expansion leaf for the table in the master bedroom closet, made the table larger, added 2 of our outdoor chairs, and the 6 of us played cards for most of the night. I would add 2 folding chairs to the house in case there are 6 guests who want to sit around the table.

  A very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The cabin is clean with a nice deck and lots of trees. You can relax and get away from all the stress of the city. The cabin is a short drive to several local restaurants and the market.
  George and Carol at Custom Rentals are very nice and do a great job at making everything easy. I have stayed here twice and will stay again. Many things to see and do up here. It's beautiful!

  House could have been cleaner. Carpet stained. burner on stove didn't work. 2 electrical receptacles needed replacement. A/C needed filter service.Mold on tub frame. Grass and beach covered with goose droppings which smelled and unhealthful. I will not come back unless I know beach and grass is clean.

  Our cell phones didn,t work there,Music recorder didn't work properly.We used our
  car and could dance only near the car.We
  left our house clin as he was before, why
  you charge 85$ for clining? Barbecu was dirty, we used ours. But it's OK. In general it was very good 2 nights vocation.Thanks to owner for such a beautiful house.

  During the chech-out I have requested reimbersement of cleaning fees because refrigirator and BBQ grill wasn't clean at all but I haven't hear anything from castom rentals!

• We liked the value most of all. The location was clean and private but it was not in a convenient location. We enjoyed the trip and we would recommend the location to friends but we will probably camp next time because of drive time to Yosemite.
