  We had one of the most memorable Thanks Giving in this rental home. The place was so clean and we loved it at the first sight. The PMCustomRental representatives were totally awesome on getting things done. Thanks to the owners of the house for giving us an option to live there for 2 days. Yosemite was close by to this place. We had all the required utensils at this home. So cooking went without any trouble. I would recommend PMCustomRentals as well as this home for anyone who love to spend their vacation near Yosemite.
  
  One more thing, we left the wallet in the home. The representative (Carol) was so kind enough to send a maid (though there was too much snow on that day) to confirm it and send it via mail to us. Thanks much. We really appreciate your response to it.

  The property was definitely clean and spacious. However, the house felt a little cold and empty.... like it had been rented since the early eighties without much love or intention put into the interior decorations and kitchen amenities. Better for large family than couple seeking romance.

  The ammenities at Pine Mountain Lake are wonderful and very aligned with children and family interests. The staff at Pine Mountain Custom Rentals was friendly and accomodating. The condition of the property was very poor. One of the dining room chairs fell apart when I pulled it out to sit down (I was able to put it back together)and the dining room table shook as though it would collapse when you placed anything on it. There were very old papers stashed in the kitchen drawers and closets. Pots and pans that were dirty/etched and must have been from the 70's were stashed in kitchen cabinets. The carpets and decks were obviously dirty. Large cob webs were on the inside and outside of many of the windows. Generally, the house and furnishings were dirty and in poor condition which detracted from the lovely lake surroundings and the overall feeling of staying in this property. I would visit Pine Mountain Lake again but look for a different property.

  We were in a bad position because the place we rented through VRBO was a terrible shape so we needed a place to rent last minute. Thank goodness for Carol she found us this place and she help turn a bad situation into a good situation. We enjoyed the house we stayed in with plenty of room and the amenties that Pine Mountain offered. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Great experience.

  what makes this sooo fantastic is the staff,
  Carol and George makes reservation pleasant and extremely easy, they go extra mile for you and then some,they are epiphany of what customer service is all about. They are my #1 realty and leasing agent. I speak for everyone who had a pleasure to rent from them.

  We had to call Custom Rentals on multiple occasions, because a number of items were not there, including:
  * toilet paper
  * hand soap
  * dishwashing soap
  * dishwashing liquid
  * laundry detergent
  * DVD player
  * tea pot
  (The DVD player was eventually brought to the house, but it had only right/left audio cables and no video + no remote control. We had the right cable with us, but the player turned out to be defective, so we could not watch DVDs.)
  Also, the kitchen sink was completely clogged and was not draining water all thruought our stay. Finally, the carpet in the bathroom smells - probably due to moisture.
  
  Other than that - everything else was OK. I liked that the house does not get very hot - the fan was sufficient when it was over 100F outside. It is fairly close to the beach - a 2 minute drive.

  The property is located at the end of a green belt near Fisherman's Cove. We liked the proximity of the playground for children and the lake.
  
  I had to clean the driveway from fallen leaves and dirt. It's pretty steep and my car was skidding on it. Now it's good for another week or two.
  The house hadn't been cleaned after previous renters.

  The house is fairly close to the beach, which was convenient. The rooms are fairly spacious and the house stays cool most of the time. The things I wanted to point out:
  1) No tea pot
  2) No DVD player or DVDs
  3) There were VHS players, but no tapes..
  4) The blinds are old and don't protect from the morning sun, it's not dark enough to sleep..
  Other than that, we had a great time there and we liked both the house and the location. It's not new, but it's clean and spacious.
