  Our group of seven adults really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable and clean. We wish we could have stayed longer in order to enjoy the patio and bbq grill, the beautiful surroundings, and the awesome lake more.
  
  This location is as close to Yosemite as you can get without actually staying in the park, so it was quite convenient.
  
  A couple of downsides is that Groveland shuts down pretty early in the evening so we had to plan accordingly to get our groceries and eat. Also, it seemed that we ran out of hot water pretty quickly for our showers.
  
  That being said, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home for those wanting to stay near Yosemite.

  this is a wonderful house, the deck is awesome we ate out there every meal, the driveway is a bit of a challenge if you have a big rig but manageable.

  The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star is because it was a little hard to find, although we got there when it was dark and getting in and out of the driveway is somewhat of a challenge. Other than that the place is awesome. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

  A nice property to rent. Great place to relax with friends or family. Town is nice and quiet and pretty close to Yosemtie. Driveway was a bit tough to get into, but once you got used to it, it was not a problem.

  Love the property however parking passes are needed for the beaches as this is the reason for staying at PML. Otherwise perfect.

    The property management team has gone to great lengths to make your stay pleasant and comfortable as possible. They have gone as far to give you their personal owners entry pass, risking a fine by PMLHOA, so you could park on the Marina. As it was explained, owner passes are not available to guests.
