  Ok place to stay. Spacious. Cleanliness is ok, not spotless. Easy check in after hours with a lock box. Note that sheets/towels are $65 extra - which was not indicated on the reservation site that I used. I didn't find this out until after after I reserved
  - the woman who emailed me was quite terse about it.

  Condo was relatively clean, some of the carpets could be cleaned better. Property was on the golf course but the patio furniture did not invite to sit down and the balcony looked unsafe. It is an average property. Lack of downstairs bathroom was a negative.

  We are on vacation and having a leafblower going off at your window at 8.00am is not an exciting way to wake up. I would have thought the association would be considerate enough to have the landscape company operate their maintenance closer to the local residents who would expect the rude interruptions at 8am! Other than that, we had a great experience with the rental.

  While the property managers were very kind and welcoming and attentive and helpful and we were visiting during a real cold spell, we had to call them for instructions on how to use the wood pellet stove, to supply wood pellets, to supply toilet paper and light bulbs and fix a lamp. A cleaning crew could check on these items between guests and provide a supply of soap for the bathrooms and bath mats included in the linen supply. Also, a welcome note would be helpful to let guests know about use/hours of the pool and access to the lake. The location was just right for us and our party of 4 had a fine time in Groveland.

• Overall, very pleasant stay! Needs more efficient heating system for the winter. Circuit breaker kept tripping upstairs.

  This was our second stay at this property, and it was wonderful in all respects. It is also the best value we have found of all places to stay in Groveland-Pine Mountain Lake. The property management team (George and Carol) are super and handled everything for us by email or phone so all we had to do was show up.

  Four women came to stay in this condo for the third year in a row while we attended a retreat nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was a good value for the money. The cleaning fee is quite high but the rent is very reasonable. The condo has basic amenities but the bedrooms, beds, and baths were clean and comfortable. The main sitting and dining area is awkward for visiting and eating. The Custom Rentals staff was outstanding as usual.

  This was our second rental through PMCR and it was great! It was small (two bedroom) but very nice in all respects. It has recently had some renovations which make it an excellent bargain!

  Condo did not have proper heat.Pellet stove would not stay lit, wall heaters did not work. Space heaters did not properly heat up the condo.Had to keep our coats on inside.Coffee pot leaks out the bottom.Remote controls missing from both TV's

  The condo is very reasonably priced and was clean. We enjoyed our stay. The seating arrangements in the living area are awkward. However, we spent very little time inside during the day. It was a great base of operations for visiting the area.
