    The location of this property is the best! The lot is huge with a gentle slope towards the lake. There are a lot of grassy and forest areas for the kids to play in, even a badminton court. There is a dock, a boat, and a canoe. Swimming off the dock was great. Fishing from the dock and the shore is fantastic. Caught lots of small fish and a few big ones. My 5 year old caught 8 fish in 15 minutes one time! Fairly close to the main gate and right across from Dunn court beach for the 4th of July fireworks display. The house layout is perfect with plenty of room for at least 3 families, but it is in a very dilapidated condition. Especially the basement, which is dark and smells musty. Also, the cleaners don't do a good job between rentals -- the bathroom tubs had soap scum and hair down the drain and all of the dishes and utensils had to be washed before use. But we'll probably rent again due to its location.
