Pine Mountain Lake

Pine Mountain Lake is located in Groveland. The development begun in late 1960's, by Boise Cascade. There are many amenities Pine Mountain Lake has to offer. The community was built around a man made lake, PGA rated golf course and a private airport were home owners can taxi to their own home. The area is surrounded by forest which is shared in complete harmony with the forest animals. For complete relaxation, Pine Mountain Lake is second to none. There is a HOA. A security gates is manned 24 hours a day.

The Lake

The 9 square mile lake offers 3 beaches with built in picnic tables and BBQ's.

The lake also offers swimming, boating, finishing and water skiing.

Golf Course

The PGA rated golf course is a par 70 course. Complete with restaurant, full bar and pro shop. Many tournaments, and fund raises are scheduled each year. Green fees are very reasonable for everyone.

The Airport

Our private air port allows taxi to your home. A small air port but large enough to for Lear Jet. In this area, homes are built on 1 acre lots. This is the only area in Pine Mountain Lake that is zoned for horses. The stables are also located in this area. The stable provide horse boarding or horse rentals.

Tennis Courts

There are 2 tennis courts available. Each one has 2 courts.
